Linda Slaton, author of Woman on a Mission, most often describes herself as just that—a woman on a mission—one who knows who she is and why she’s here. Every day she seeks to boldly embrace the life God created for her. Since discovering her mission, Linda has found the secret of abundant life: It is the God-glorifying, soul-satisfying experience found in pursing one’s God-ordained mission. That discovery prompted her to write Woman on a Mission, a tool designed to help other women discover and embrace their unique contribution to God’s kingdom and find abundant life as well. Mother of 4, step-mother of 2, and grandmother of 6, Linda and her husband Dave have lived in Little Rock, Arkansas, since 1984. Linda currently serves as Women’s Release Director at Fellowship Bible Church, a ministry for releasing women to be significantly used by God. In addition, she works out of her home as a certified Life Coach, helping women grow personally and spiritually by changing what they don’t like about themselves and their lives.
